Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Before your order ships, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. If you request that no signature be required for delivery and the package is left unattended, you’re accepting full responsibility for loss or damage. For security purpose, a request for signature cannot be removed for packages being delivered to select areas.

For our customer protection, Cosmic Bomb offers Route Shipping Insurance for every order placed. You may opt out of using the shipping insurance service offered, but please be advised that, after shipment we are not responsible for packages that are lost, or damage once the order had been shipped.
